Polícia Civil informou nesta quinta-feira (10) que resgatou sete cães em situação maus-tratos e abandono em dois imóveis em Três Corações (MG). Dois responsáveis foram identificados e são investigados.
O primeiro caso foi identificado na residência de um homem de 40 anos. Segundo a Polícia Civil, havia cinco cães vivendo em condições precárias, sem alimentação ou cuidados básicos.
A investigação apurou que o suspeito se mudou e deixou dois cães adultos e três filhotes no local. Os cães passaram a ser alimentados por vizinhos, que jogavam comida por cima do muro. No imóvel havia fezes e mato alto.
O segundo caso foi identificado na casa de uma mulher de 48 anos, onde os policiais encontraram dois cães em situação de abandono e sofrimento.
De acordo com a Polícia Civil, os animais foram encaminhados para um local adequado, onde receberam os cuidados necessários. Os trabalhos contaram com o apoio do Canil Municipal.
Os responsáveis foram identificados e são investigados por maus-tratos a animais. Os inquéritos policiais seguem em andamento.
